Two-Tone Carnation
Skill Level: Easy
Materials: Sport Weight Yarn in two shades of pink, Size G hook.
OR Worsted Weight Yarn and a Size H-8 hook.
Size: Approximately 3 inches in diameter.
ABBREVIATIONS
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
sl st - slip stitch
Row 1: (Right Side) Starting at bottom, using first color, ch 16, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch across. (15 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, 3 dc in first sc, (3 dc in next sc) across. (45 dc) Change to second color and finish off first color.
Row 3: With second color, turn, (ch 3, sl st in next dc) across. Finish off and weave in ends.
Assembly - Using the photo as guide, roll the Flowers to form flower shape, and pin, glue, or sew together.
