Our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be sent with your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
There are certain situations where no refund will be granted:
CD or DVD that has been opened
Clearance/Bargain Items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance/Bargain items cannot be refunded.
Downloadable Patterns - Due to the nature of downloadable patterns, we cannot and will not refund the cost of the item. The order can be mailed to you if you are having trouble downloading. Shipping and handling will need to be charged using a credit card.
Patty Davis Designs, Bella Crochet, Crochet Garden and Stella Marie Publications are listed as ALL SALES FINAL - we cannot mail these out to you if they are ordered as downloads.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 1-3 business days.
We will not, however, be able to refund your shipping costs unless we have made an error on your order which prompted the return.
