How quickly will my order be shipped?
We ship on Monday through Thursday each week. If everything on your order is in stock, it will ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.
How long does it take to receive my shipment?
If you live in the United States, it can take 7-10 business days however if there are delays made by the USPS it may take longer.
How much is shipping and handling within the United States?

NOTE: US CUSTOMERS - We now offer free shipping on orders $75 or more shipping within the USA. If you have ordered a gift card this is not included. If the order goes over $75 with a gift card purchase shipping and handling will still be applied.
Our shipping and handling charges include costs for Customer Service, processing and shipping. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
How do you ship to addresses within the United States?
We normally ship using the USPS (United States Postal Service).
Can I ship to an address outside of the United States? If so, how much will shipping cost?
At this time we are shipping to locations in USA only.
What if I would prefer expedited shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Do you provide tracking numbers on orders once they have shipped?
If available, tracking information is sent through email when your order is shipped out.
Can I pick my item/order up in your store?
If you are local and wish to pick your order up in our shop, please contact us by phone or through email before placing your order.
How do I change the shipping address if I am not sending to myself?
To send orders to an address besides your own please follow these steps:
1. Add the items to the shopping cart and then click on your cart.
2. Click Proceed to Checkout.
3. In Checkout, Step 1 of 2 will ask you for your billing address for the order. On this same page, after entering in your billing address you have the option to check or uncheck the box labeled Ship item to the above billing address. Uncheck the box and then enter in the address you would like to have the order shipped to. Click Continue to next step.
When did my order ship?
When your order ships, you will receive notification through email to the registered email address on file.
I ordered a downloadable pattern when I meant to order a mailed copy. Can you just send me it without charging me for shipping and handling?
If you have ordered a Maggie's Crochet Brand download and would rather have it mailed, a separate order will need to be placed for the pattern with shipping and handling on it. Once that order has been entered in, we will gladly refund the cost of the original download order.
If you have ordered an Crochet Garden or Stella-Marie Publications download, we cannot mail these out. They are only available as PDF's online. All Sales Are Final On These Brands.

I placed an order and used the wrong shipping address and it has shipped. What can I do?
A second order will need to be placed to have the item shipped to your new or correct address. If we receive back the original shipped order, we will be more than happy to refund the value of the item, but not the shipping cost since the item was shipped to the address confirmed at the time of checkout and was not corrected before the order was submitted and shipped out.
What happens if my order is lost in transit or if my package arrives with items missing?
Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you think this has happened. Delivery times can vary and may take some time.
I received my package but the product is damaged. What do I need to do?
If you discover something in your order is damaged you should call us 336-992-0054, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the situation. Do not send the damaged items back without having contacted us first.
