Returns Questions

What if I would like to return an item?
Our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be sent with your return.  

There are certain situations where no refund will be granted:

  1. CD or DVD that has been opened
  2. Clearance/Bargain/Sale Items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance/Bargain/Sale items cannot be refunded.
  3. Maggie's Crochet Brand Downloadable Patterns - Due to the nature of downloadable patterns, we cannot and will not refund the cost of the item; however, If you have ordered a downloadable pattern and decide you would rather have it mailed out, a separate order will need to be placed for the mailed version. Once that has been paid, we will refund the cost of the download order. Please contact with any questions.
  4. Downloadable Patterns published by Bella Crochet, Crochet Garden, Patty Davis Designs, and Stella Marie Publications - All sales are final on these downloads. These cannot be mailed out.

Will I be refunded on the shipping to return an item?
Shipping and handling charges cannot and will not be refunded.

How much time do I have to return an item?

Returns must be made within 60 calendar days of shipment, returns received after this time-frame will not be honored.

Can books and patterns be returned?

Books and patterns can be returned only if they are unused and in the original packaging. Downloadable patterns cannot be returned or refunded.

What if I break a crochet hook? Is there a warranty against breakage on either item if I purchased from you?

We do not offer anything like that at this time.

The item(s) I received are not what I ordered?

While we make every effort to be 100% accurate, we are after all human. If we have made a mistake on your order, please call 336-992-0054 or email and we will be more than happy to correct this error!
