SCARF
Note: The Scarf is made using one strand of each yarn held together.
Row 1: (Right Side) Using one strand of each yarn and holding both strands together, ch22, dc in 6th ch from hook (skipped ch count as ch-1, first dc and ch-1), [skip next ch, dc in next ch] across. (10dc & 9 ch-1sps)
Row 2: Ch4 (counts as first dc and ch-1, now and throughout), turn, dc in next dc, [ch1, dc in next dc] across.
Repeat Row 2 until desired length is reached (Model is 72 rows long) Finish off and weave in ends.

FRINGE
Cut a piece of cardboard 7" wide x 12" long. Holding one strand of each yarn together, wind yarn loosely around the cardboard lengthwise until full. Cut across one end; repeat as needed. Hold together 4 strands of each yarn; fold in half. Working across short ends of Scarf in each dc-stitch (or unused lp of starting ch opposite dc-st), with wrong side of Scarf facing and using a crochet hook, draw the folded end up through a stitch (Fig 1) and pull the loose ends through the folded end (Fig 2); draw the knot up tightly. Rep across both ends of Scarf. Lay flat on hard surface and trim ends.
