Why am I unable to log into the website when I receive you email newsletter daily?
Receiving our newsletter does not mean you are already a customer on our website. To be able to log into the site, you must have a registered account. If you are having trouble logging in please contact for assistance.

I need to update my account information. Where can I do that on your site?

To update your account information, you must first log in to the site. Once logged in, click My Account on the bottom of the screen. There you will be able to view your name, email address and addresses on file if you have saved any. To add a shipping address click View Addresses and then click Add Address – here you have the option to mark an address as the default address we would ship to. To update your addresses on file click View Addresses and then click Edit or Delete. If you have trouble with updating, please contact Customer Service.

How do I update my email address on my account?
At this time you will need to email and provide your current email address and what you would like it updated to. We will update it for you.

How does Maggie’s Crochet use my personal information?

We only use your personal information to send your order and charge your credit card. We would never buy or sell personal information including email addresses. We will send out a daily newsletter to all customers on our mailing list. The only way to be on the mailing list is to have opted in through our site or in person or by creating an account and choosing to receive marketing. If you would like to be removed please email with your request or click the Unsubscribe link in the bottom of our newsletters.

I requested a catalog and have yet to receive it.

Currently we are not offering a mail order catalog.

I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. What is your average response time?

We generally respond to emails within 24-48 hours of receipt though if we are out of office it may be longer. Be sure to send your emails to – sending them to other email addresses in our company may delay the response time by our customer service department.

I requested a password reset through your website – what do I do now?
When you request a password reset through our site, you are automatically sent an email containing a link to update your password. You will need to click on the link and then you will be able to create a new password.
