Deborah Norville Collection® Serenity Garden (100% Dralon Microfiber; 2.29 oz/65gm, 185 yds/169 m)

  • #DN800-05 Mountain Heather – 3 balls

Hook: US Size E-4 (3.50 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

Notions: Tapestry needle

 

GAUGE

Motif = 2½" diameter.

STITCH GUIDE

CL (cluster): [Yarn over] twice, insert hook into ch-2 sp, yarn over, pull through loop (4 loops on hook), [yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook] twice (2 loops remain on hook), *[yarn over] twice, insert hook into same ch-2 sp, yarn over, pull through loop, [yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook] twice; rep from * once more, yarn over, pull through all 4 loops on hook.

Ch 4; join with sl st to first ch to form ring.

Rnd 1: (RS) Ch 5 (counts as first dc and ch-2), [dc into ring, ch 2] 5 times; join with sl st to first dc (3rdch of ch-5) – 6 ch-2 sps.

Rnd 2: Ch1, sc in same st as joining, ch 4, [CL in next ch-2 sp, ch 5, sc in next dc, ch 4] 5 times,CL into last ch-2 sp, ch 5; join with sl st to first sc – 6 petals. Fasten off.

 

Scarf

Make 74 Flowers, joining as you go.

Using the Assembly Diagram as a guide, attach Flowers to each other at petal tips by working a sl st into adjacent Flower after working the CL.

 

FINISHING

Fasten off.

Weave in all ends.
