I've made a few nappy cakes with this booklet and was very pleased with the results. Easy to follow instructions and usable items. I've made it with the purchased disposable diapers following instructions, and without, using a round styrofoam base instead and both worked out great. You can add more toys, bottles, washcloths instead of roses if desired for boys. Recommended :)
