Size: Varies depending upon yarn and hook size

Materials: This pattern can be worked in any thread or yarn. Thread or fine yarn will produce smaller flowers; thicker yarns will produce larger flowers. Yardage will vary depending on the material used.

Crochet Hook: Hook size will vary depending on the yarn chosen for the project.

Our model was made in worsted weight yarn using a Size G-6 (4.25 mm) crochet hook.

Abbreviations
ch - chain

rnd - round

sc - single crochet(s)

dc - double crochet

lp(s) - loop(s)

sl st(s) - slip stitch(es)

Rose

Petals
Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with White,
ch 6, sl st in first ch to form ring; ch 1, [sc in ring,
ch 4] 6 times; join with sl st to first sc. (6 ch-4 lps)
DO NOT TURN.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, (sc, 7 dc, sc) in each ch-4 lp around, join. (6 petals)

Center
With Yellow, Ch 2, [sc, ch 2] 6 times in 2nd ch from hook, finish off leaving a long end for sewing.

Finishing:
With right sides facing, sew center to the center of the petals.
