Trim

Working in the cluster stitches made on Ruffled Scarf, join CC with slst to first cluster, ch4 (counts as first dc and ch-1), [dc, ch1] 3 times in same cluster, *[dc, ch1] 4 times in next cluster; rep from * across. Finish off and weave in ends.
