How to Place an Order:
Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm EST. . We are closed all major U.S. holidays! You may order on-line or by telephone. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days during normal business hours. If placing an order please remember to include your phone number and full address (including apartment or lot number), city, state and zip code.
We accept payment through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
At this time we do not accept Checks / Money Orders or Cash. Please do not send these items in as payment for an order.
We ship when our office is open weekly on Monday - Thursday.
Our shipping and handling charges include costs for Customer Service, processing and shipping. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was made, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be sent with your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
There are certain situations where no refund will be granted:
CD or DVD that has been opened
Hook sets that have been opened
Clearance/Bargain Items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance/Bargain items cannot be refunded.
Downloadable Patterns published by Annie's Attic, Bella Crochet, Crochet Garden, Gourmet Crochet, Patty Davis Designs, Glamour4You, Sandy's Cape Cod Originals, Crafting Friends Designs, TooYarnCute, Trifles N' Treasures, Hatched With Love, and Stella Marie Publications - All sales are final on these downloads. These cannot be mailed out.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 1-3 business days.
We will not, however, be able to refund your shipping costs unless we have made an error on your order which prompted the return.
