Premier® Yarns Suede Circles (87% polyester, 13% polyamide; 50gm/70 yds)

  • #39-09 Oceanic (MC) – 1 ball

  • #39-04 River’s Edge (CC1) – 1 ball

GAUGE

6 dc x 6 rows = 4" with larger hook

Scarf Stripe Sequence

Rows 1 – 2: MC

Row 3: CC1

Rows 4 – 5: CC2

Rows 6: CC1

Rows 7 – 8: CC2

Rows 9: CC1

Rows 10 – 11: MC

 

SCARF

With MC, ch 152.

 

Row 1: 2 Dc in 6th ch from hook, sk next3 ch, * [dc, ch 2, dc] in next ch, sk next 3 ch; rep from * across to last ch, [dc, ch 2, dc] in last ch.
Row 2: Ch 5 and turn (counts as dc and ch-2 throughout), dc in middle of first ch-2 sp, *[dc, ch 2, dc] in next ch-2 sp, repeat from * across.

Rows 3-11: Repeat Row 2, following Scarf Stripe Sequence.

Fasten off. Weave in ends.

 

Fringe

Cut 60 strands of yarn in 16” lengths. Holding 3 strands together, fold in half and attach to short ends of scarf with a crochet hook evenly spaced.
