Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton: Off-White - 1½ oz, 75 yd (45 g, 69 m) Gold - ½ oz, 25 yd (15 g, 23 m)

Crochet Hook: Size H-8 (5.00 mm) JOINING WITH SC
When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.

Special Stitches

Beginning 2-Double-Crochet Cluster (beg 2-dc cl): [Yo, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo, pull up loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook] twice, yo, pull through all 3 loops on hook.

3-Double-Crochet Cluster (3-dc cl): [Yo, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo, pull up loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook] 3 times, yo, pull through all 4 loops on hook.

DISHCLOTH

Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with Off-White, ch 5, join with sl st to first ch to form ring; ch 2, beg 2-dc cl into ring, ch 3, [3-dc cl into ring, ch 3] 4 times; join with sl st to top of first cl.

Rnd 2: Sl st in next ch-3 sp, ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), (2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in same sp, [(3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-3 sp] around; join with sl st to first dc.

Rnd 3: Sl st in next dc, ch 3, dc in next dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 2 dc, skip next 2 dc, [dc in next 2 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 2 dc, skip next 2 dc] around; join.

Rnd 4: Sl st in next dc, ch 3, dc in next 3 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 4 dc, skip next 2 dc, [dc in next 4 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 4 dc, skip next 2 dc] around; join.

Rnd 5: Sl st in next dc, ch 3, dc in next 5 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 6 dc, skip next 2 dc, [dc in next 6 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 6 dc, skip next 2 dc] around; join.

Rnd 6: Sl st in next dc, ch 3, dc in next 7 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 8 dc, skip next 2 dc, [dc in next 8 dc, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch-2 sp, dc in next 8 dc, skip next 2 dc] around; join. Finish off and weave in ends.

Edging
Rnd 1: With right side facing, join Gold with sc to any ch-2 sp, ch 3, sc in same sp (point), * [ch 3, skip next sc, sc in next sc] 5 times, skip next 2 sc, [sc in next sc, ch 3, skip next sc] 5 times, (sc, ch 3 sc) in next ch-2 sp (point); rep from * around, omitting last point on final repeat; join with sl st to first sc. Finish off and weave in ends.
