Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon, cut up into little pieces
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 16oz cans of pork and beans, not drained (remove
chunk of fat if present)
4 Teaspoons prepared mustard
4 Tablespoons of ketchup
2 and 1/2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
Saute green pepper and onion with bacon (do not drain)
Add rest of ingredients
Pour into casserole dish
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes
Let it sit out 30 minutes before serving |
