Ingredients:
Pasta:
1 lb. Pasta
1 lb. Carrots, Sliced
1 lb. Broccoli, Sliced
1 Can Black Olives, Large
Sliced
1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
3 Large Green Onions,
Sliced
3 Tbsp. Dill
Dressing:
3
Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Mayo
Salt
Pepper
1/2 C. Olive Oil
Directions:
- Select a bite size pasta (corkscrews,
small shells, etc.). Cook Pasta.
- Cook vegetables with pasta the last
three minutes of pasta cooking time. Cool.
- Add olives, onions, parmesan cheese,
and dill to pasta.
- Mix dressing. Add dressing to pasta,
slowly.
