Ingredients:
1-4 oz jar chopped pimento, drained
1 cup safflower mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Mix well with hand mixer, adding cheese last. Continue
beating until smooth. Store in tightly sealed container in
refrigerator. Makes 4 cups. |
