girl at heart! The beautiful southern belle's clothes
are made from size 10 crochet cotton thread. The
pattern includes instructions for the dress and hat as well
as for the skirt form underneath.

Cotton Thread size 10;
Pink (MC) - 350 yds (315 meters),
White (CC) - 200 yds (180 meters),
Yellow (Y) – 10 yds (8 meters)
White Satin Ribbon - ¼” (.625 cm) wide x ¼ yd (0.225 meters)
long, 4 Snaps, 4 small Red Rosettes, Hot or Craft Glue,
Sewing Needle and Thread.
Skirt Form -
White - 550 yds (420 meters) of Crochet Cotton Thread size
10 OR
185 yds (140 meters) of
Worsted Weight Yarn,
Polyester Fiber Fill, Empty Paper Towel Core, Cardboard
Circle 12” in diameter.
Crochet Hook:
Steel size 7 (1.65 mm), and
aluminum size G-6 (4 mm) or sizes needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge:
With steel hook, 8 sc and 8
sc rnds = 1” (2.5 cm);
8 tr and 2 tr rnds = 1” (2.5 cm) |

Inez Scott, a native of South Carolina, now living in the
Nashville area of Tennessee, has crocheted and designed doll
clothes since early teenage years.
Crocheting is one of the most enjoyable experiences of her
