Why am I unable to log into the website when I receive your email newsletter every week?


Our website has been updated. Even if you receive our newsletter or placed an order with us before, you will need to create a new account to place an order or to download our free patterns.

How do I know that my credit card is secure when I order from your Web site?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is among the best available today for secure Internet transactions. When you place an order online, this software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible and would prefer you not change your order.

I placed an order several weeks ago for downloadable patterns, why haven't I received them yet?


Downloadable patterns are not emailed or shipped to you. They are available for you to download via the computer as soon as we receive your payment. Refer to the Downloadable Patterns FAQ link for more information.

How long does it take to receive an order confirmation email?


Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after your order has been placed successfully. Be sure to check your spam folder and ensure you do not have email filters that prevent the email from being received. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders within the US generally arrive within 1-2 weeks and International orders generally arrive within 2-4 weeks. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know.

What happens if my order is lost in transit or if my package arrives with items missing?

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you think this has happened. We will be glad to get a new package out to you!

How do I know if you received my order and when it has shipped?

If ordering online, you have provided us with your e-mail address and will receive an order confirmation email when we receive payment for your order, when your order is processed and when your order is shipped. If ordering over the phone, please make sure to give customer service your email address.

Do you ship International Orders?

Yes, we do! However, there is extra shipping and handling involved.

 

I submitted my order and got an error message. Did it go through?

If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive an order confirmation email when we receive your order. If you do not receive order confirmation email, you may either re-submit your order online or contact customer service toll free at 1-888-454-2101; Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

 

I saw an item on your site last week and can not find it now?

If an item is discontinued or unavailable, it is taken down from the website. You may call Customer Service if you have a question about a particular item.

 

I requested a catalog and haven't received it yet. How long does it take?

We are no longer producing a catalog. You can still order through the mail without an order form from our catalog. Please make sure to provide your name, shipping address, phone number and items you wish to purchase along with your payment information. You may call Customer Service for prices and shipping costs.
