Size: 45" wide x 66" long.

Materials:Yarn Needle; Worsted Weight Yarn;
White (W) - 32 oz, 1760 yd (896 g, 1584 m);
Green (G) - 7 oz, 385 yd (196 g, 347 m);
Blue (B) - 7 oz, 385 yd (196 g, 347 m);
Lt. Peach (P) - 3 oz, 165 yd (84 g, 149 m);
Lt.Orange (O) - ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m).

Crochet Hook: Size J-10 (6.00 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 12 dc and 7 rows = 4".

JOINING WITH SC
When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.

 

Special Stitches

Half Treble Crochet (htr): Yo twice, insert hook in the st or sp indicated, yo, draw through 2 lps, yo, draw through last 3 lps.

Center Panel
Row 1:With W, ch 76, dc in 4th ch from hook and in each ch across. (74 dc)
Rows 2-73:Ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), turn, dc in each st across.

At the end of Rnd 73, do not finish off.

Outside Rnds
Rnd 1:
Ch 3, do not turn, * working in ends of rows, work 131 dc evenly spaced along side to next corner *, working in unused lps of starting chain, work (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in first ch, dc in each ch across to last, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in last ch, rep from * to *, work (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next st, dc in each st across to last, (2 dc, ch 2, dc) in last st; join with sl st to first dc.
Rnd 2:Ch 3, * working in back lps only, dc in each dc to next ch-2 sp, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in ch-2 sp, rep from * around; join with sl st to first dc.
Rnd 3:Working in both lps, rep Rnd 2.
Rnd 4:Rep Rnd 2.
Rnds 5-13:Rep Rnd 3.
Rnd 14:Rep Rnd 2.
Rnd 15:Rep Rnd 3, finish off and weave in ends.

Scallop Rnds
Note:
When working Scallop Rnds, chains count as sts.

Rnd 1:Join G with sl st to any unused lp of Outside Rnd 2, ch 1, * skip 2 sts, [(dc, ch 2) 4 times, dc] in next st, skip 2 sts, sl st in next st; rep from * around; join with sl st to joining sl st.  Finish off.
Rnd 2:With B, rep Scallop Rnd 1 working in unused lps of Outside Rnd 4. Finish off.
Rnd 3:With G, rep Scallop Rnd 1 working in unused lps of Outside Rnd 14. Finish off.
Rnd 4:With B, rep Scallop Rnd 1 working in both lps of Outside Rnd 15. Finish off.

Lily (Make 4)
With P, ch 8, sl st in first ch to form ring.

Rnd 1:With P, ch 8, sl st in first ch to form ring; * ch 10, sl st in 3rd ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next 3 ch, hdc in next ch, sc in last ch, sl st in ring, rep from * 7 times. (8 Petals)
Rnd 2:* Working in unused lps, sl st in each ch up side of Petal, ch 1 at tip, sl st in each st down opposite side, rep from * around; join with sl st between last and first Petal worked.
Rnd 3:* Ch 4, working behind Petals, sl st between next 2 Petals, rep from * around; join with sl st in first ch. (8 ch-4 sps)
Rnd 4:* Sl st in next ch-4 sp, ch 12, sl st in 3rd ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next ch, htr in ea of next 5 ch, dc in last ch, sl st in same ch-4 sp, rep from * around. (8 Petals)
Rnd 5:Rep Rnd 2.  Finish off and weave in ends.

Lily Center(Make 4)
Rnd 1:With O, ch 2, work 8 sc in 2nd ch from hook; join with sl st to first sc. (8 sc)
Rnd 2:(Sl st, ch 7, sl st) in same st as joining, * ch 7, (sl st, ch 7, sl st) in next st, rep from * around; join with sl st to first st. (16 ch-7 lps)

Finish off and weave in ends. Pull starting ch tight. 

Lily Pads(Make 4)
Rnd 1:With G, ch 12, sc in 2nd ch from hook, hdc in next ch, dc in next 7 ch, hdc in next ch, (sc, ch 2, sc) in last ch; working around other side in unused lps of starting chain, hdc in next ch, dc in next 7 ch, hdc in next ch, sc in next ch.  DO NOT JOIN, MARK ENDS OF RNDS.
Rnd 2:Sl st in next 2 sts, ch 3, dc in same st just worked, dc in next 3 sts, (2 htr in next st, htr in next st) 3 times, 5 htr in ch-2 sp, (htr in next st, 2 htr in next st) 3 times, dc in next 4 sts, ch 1, work 3 sl sts along dc just worked, to center base of Leaf; ch 6, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across (Stem made); work 3 sl sts along beg ch-3 of Rnd 2.
Rnd 3:Ch 3, dc in same st, * 2 htr in next st, htr in next 2 sts, rep from * around to last st, work 2 dc in last st. Finish off and weave in ends.

Finishing
Weave in all ends.

To get the Scallops to lay flat, place a damp cloth over the Scallops, iron over the cloth.

Sew a Lily Center to each Lily; sew Lilies and Lily Pads to Afghan.
