Ingredients:
15-16 oz. can pumpkin
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. gingerHeat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottoms of two 9″ x 5″ or 8″ x 4″ loaf pans. In large bowl blend first 5 ingredients. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low speed until moistened. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake 60 – 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
