Christmas Afghans & Pillows Pattern PS088 - These gorgeous afghans will be great to snuggle under this cold winter. Here are two spirited takeoffs on the granny square afghan, and they are the best carry-along craft projects ever. The novelty with the Poinsettia Afghan and the Blanket of Snowflakes is that you crochet the main image right into the larger background motif. (This makes it unlikely that the motifs will pull off with wear.) The Blanket of Snowflakes demonstrates a striking use of the hexagon motif, with a great scalloped edge resulting from the assembly.
