Carol Ballard has designed the beautiful Crinoline Lady Pillowcase using simple shells to create the dress and a unique twist with single crochets to create the arms, basket and bonnet. The top of the basket is left open for a love note or a place to put a tooth for the tooth fairy. Isn’t that a delightful idea!! Size: Lady - 10” tall, 8 ½” wide

Border: 3” long

Materials(for standard pillowcase): Size 10 Crochet Cotton, Embroidery Needle.

For Lady: Any color 100yd (90m).

Optional: 18” of 1/8” Satin Ribbon; Large Embroidery Hoop.

For Border: Any color 360yd (324m)

Crochet Hook: For Lady: Size 3 (2.1 mm) steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. For Border: Size 1 (2.75 mm) steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge: For Lady: 9 sc and 9 rows = 1”. For Border: (1 shell, 2 v-st) and 4 rows = 1 ½”
