Emerald, Daffodil & Milk Chocolate

Crochet Hook:Size G-6 (4.25 mm).

Abbreviations

JOINING WITH SC

When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.

TREE

Row 1:(Right Side) Starting at top, with Emerald,

ch 2, sc in 2^nd ch from hook. (1 sc)

Row 2:Ch 4, turn, 2 sc in sc. (2 sc)

Rows 3-10:Ch 4, turn, 2 sc in first sc, sc across.

At the end of Row 10 there will be 10 sc.

Row 11:Ch 4, turn, 2 sc in first sc, * hdc in next sc, dc in next sc, hdc in next sc *, sl st in next 2 sc, rep from * to *, (sc, sl st) in last sc. Finish off and weave in ends.

TRUNK

Row 1:With right side facing, join Milk Chocolate with sl st to first sl st, dc in same st, 2 dc in next sl st. Finish off and weave in ends.

STAR

Row 1:With right side facing, join Daffodil with sl st to top of tree, (ch 3, sl st in same st) 3 times. Finish off and weave in ends.
