Egg Critters Pattern

Here comes the parade of animals! Use them to decorate for Easter or any time of the year. They also make great toys for the little ones in your life. Let your little zookeeper’s imagination run wild. Pattern includes instructions for Mr. & Mrs. Duck, Bunny, Lion, Elephant, Hen, Pig, and Frog.

Skill Level: Easy

Size: 5 ½″ tall x 3 ½″ wide, Body fits over plastic egg.

For this pattern, you will need:

Materials: 8 mm Moveable Eyes - 2 per Animal; Hot or Craft Glue; Fiberfill; Yarn Needle;
Worsted Weight Yarn;
Duck: Yellow (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m); Small amount Orange (O), Pink (P), Blue (B) and White (W);
Bunny: White (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m); Small amount Pink (P), Orange (O) and Green (G);
Lion: Gold (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m); Small amount Brown (B);
Elephant: Grey (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m);
Hen: White (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m); Small amount Red (R);
Pig: Pink (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m);
Frog: Green (MC): ½ oz, 28 yd (14 g, 25 m).

Crochet Hook: Size G-6 (4.00 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.
