Size: 4” tall
Materials: Sport Weight Yarn – 25 yards white (MC), small amount of orange colored Paper, Stuffing, two black Seed Beads, Silver Cord, two ½” red Pom-Poms, Green Felt cut ½” wide x 8” long, Hot or Craft Glue and yarn needle.
Crochet Hook: Steel Size 00 or size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 5 sc and 4 rows = 1”

Directions
Rnd 1:Starting at lower end of body, ch 8, 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 5 ch, 3 sc in last ch, working in unused lps of starting chain around other side, sc in next
5 ch. Do not join, mark ends of rnds. (16 sc)
Rnd 2:(Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) 3 times, sc in next
5 sc, (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) 3 times, sc in next 5 sc. (22 sc)
Rnds 3-9:Sc in each sc around.
Rnd 10:Sc in next 3 sc, draw up a lp in next 2 sc, yo and draw through 3 lps on hook (sc dec made), sc dec over next 2 sc, sc in next 7 sc, sc dec twice, sc in next 4 sc. (18 sc)
Rnd 11:Sc in next 3 sc, sc dec, sc in next 7 sc, sc dec twice, sc in next 4 sc. (16 sc)
Rnds 12-19:Sc in each sc around.
Rnd 20:* Sc in next 2 sc, sc dec 3 times, sc in next 2 sc; rep from * once more. (10 sc) Finish off leaving a 12” end.
Using long end sew top of head closed.
Finishing
Cut ½” slits in short ends of felt strip. Tie Felt around neck.
Cut Silver Cord about 2” long. Glue ends to side of Head. Glue Pom-Poms over ends of Cord. Cut Orange Paper into a 1” square. Cut square in half diagonally. Cut triangle in half. Roll small triangle into a nose shape and glue to snowman. Glue beads above nose.
